Do you make custom molds?

We do not make custom or exclusive molds at this time. We can scale the size of a current mold that we offer, but adding logos or making one of a kind molds are not something we can accommodate at this time.

Why haven't my molds shipped yet?

Molds are made to order in the order they are received. We have a processing time that changes based on multiple variables. For more information view our Processing Times page.

Can I add a mold(s) to my order?

Yes, just place a new order and then message us on Etsy or send a message using the contact us form that you would like to combine orders and we can combine them and refund shipping.
