Mold Post-Processing

3D printing process can cause minor defects in the molds. Molds may be sanded in various areas due to the 3D printing process. Your molds may arrive being dull or with some scuffs and scratches where areas of excess plastic have been sanded down.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping. Processing time does not include the shipping time. For more details, see Processing Times.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Signature Required for Delivery
All domestic orders over $100 USD will automatically have Signature Required for Delivery added to the package. This is required for all deliveries over $100.


Payment options

We accept Sezzle, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and JCB through Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Returns & exchanges

Returns
We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of these items. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced. No returns or exchanges will be made for STLs or any other Digital Content.
Exchanges
We can exchange out molds that have not been used. Used molds are not able to be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. STLs or other Downloadable Content cannot be Exchanged.
