Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping. Processing time does not include the shipping time. For more details, see Processing Times.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and JCB through Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of these items. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced.
We can exchange out molds that have not been used. Used molds are not able to be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
