Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping. Processing time does not include the shipping time. For more details, see Processing Times.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Signature Required for Delivery
All domestic orders over $100 USD will automatically have Signature Required for Delivery added to the package. This is required for all deliveries over $100.
Digital Items
For all digital items and email with a download link is sent to the email address provided on the order. No physical item is shipped and no tracking information is provided for digital items.
